How long or often do I want to use these drops? For those with elevated glucose levels, Dr. Alberto Ruiz recommends at least 6 months, as the body acclimates to the changes, although results are seen much sooner. We personally drink 2 cups of tea a day with these drops addded for our maintenance dosage to support the liver, kidneys, and to assist the digestive and elimination systems.
